* Click here for latest Garforth and Swillington news.GARFORTH LIBRARYLeeds Library and Information Service has been awarded £1.4 million from the Big Lottery Fund to develop an exciting new Library and One Stop Centre for Garforth.
The current library building is being extended and redesigned, allowing for the Library and One Stop Centre to be housed under one roof.
The new Library and One Stop centre will open in early 2010.
In the meantime, a temporary library service is operating from the One Stop centre in Garforth.
