Danny had to hit the target with a football, while soccer star Andy was made to tackle the challenge with the unfamiliar oval ball.

Danny and Andy were there to support CLIC Sargent's Kick for Children with Cancer fundraising campaign and encouraging local schools and youth clubs to get involved.Danny said: "We are delighted to be supporting CLIC Sargent's Kick for Children with Cancer campaign.

"It encourages young people to get fit and active and improve their ball skills, while raising money for a great cause."

Kick for Children with Cancer is a nationwide campaign encouraging children and young people of all ages and abilities to put their football skills to the test to raise money for families affected by childhood cancer.

Schools and youth clubs hold sponsored events such as penalty shoot outs or fancy dress matches to raise much-needed funds for the charity.
West Riding County FA is also supporting the initiative by publicising the campaign.

Football development officer Joanne De Tute said: "This is the second year that we have backed CLIC Sargent's campaign, and we are urging all schools and clubs in the area to get involved by holding their own football fundraising event."

CLIC Sargent helps children and young people with cancer and their families with the trauma of diagnosis, the often long journey through treatment, and afterwards.
