Jonathan Larson's Pulitzer-prize winning Broadway musical based loosely on Puccini's opera La Bohème.

It follows a year in the lives of seven friends living the disappearing Bohemian lifestyle in New York's East Village.

SMYT director, Steve Archdale, told Garforth Today: "This adaptation has been carefully done, working with the Larson estate to retain the dramatic intent of the groundbreaking rock musical, and consists of minimal changes to language to make it possible for young people to perform this piece."

* Anyone interested should call Steve on 07889 440516 or email: steve.archdale@btinternet.com

Meanwhile tickets are now on sale for their forthcoming production of Disney High School Musical

Tickets, priced at £5 adults and £4 concessions, are available from
