A LARGE scale emergency service response was in place at Leeds Bradford Airport this morning when a flight was forced to make an emergency landing.

The Jet2 flight from Newcastle to Prague was diverted as a “precautionary measure” due to an operational issue, a spokesman for the airline said.

The aircraft, which had 141 passengers on board, landed safely at around 11.25am.
