Garforth Musical Society in Music Hall rehearsals

Garforth Musical Society are busy rehearsing for the town's own version of the City Varieties Music Hall.

The are staging Music Hall on Saturday, July 4, in the Welfare Hall from 7pm.

Lynne Hill, of Garforth Musical Society, said the production was the group's contribution to the Garforth Arts Festival.

"We are hoping for a good turn out," she said, adding: "A light supper will be provided but you will have to bring your own drinks, so come along and have a good time and join in some of the songs. Dress up as well and enter into atmosphere of the music hall."
