The game swung each way both sides determined not to conceed the first points, Garforth continued to press coming up short on several occasions. It stood at 0-0 at half time nether defence being broken.

Garforth stepped up a gear in the second half, the forwards running hard and fast, fed by Joe and Toby, finally the pressure told and Ben crashed through the Parkside defence and scoring under the posts.

If anything this just upped the intensity with some massive tackles being made by both sides,it again became a battle to see which side would wilt first.

Garforth seemed to gain the upper hand helped by a awesome tackle from Kyran who hit the number 8 lifting him off his feet and slaming him back back down. This gave Garforth great field position with slick passing Josh went over only to drop the ball as he touched down. With still only 6 points in it the game could go either way.

Finally Garforth's fitness started to show and they made that tell with a fast move out to the right the Tiger's created an overlapfor Connor to score in the corner.

With only two minutes left Garforth kept control until the end. Both players and spectators were breathless after such a bruising encounter.
