Jenny Walllwork: Garforth badminton star takes silver
Garforth badminton star Jenny Wallwork won a silver medal at the European Team Championships in Denmark.
The team reached the final by defeating Poland 3-0, but then lost 3-0 against the host nation and current European Team Champions.
In the early stages Jenny and Robin Middleton defeated both top pairs from Finland and the Czech Republic in the mixed doubles without dropping a set.
In the final group match against France Jenny, 21, also won her ladies doubles match partnering Gail Emms.
