Despite the loss, it was Cullen’s finest performance in a major tournament and he is now auctioning the shirt he wore in the match to raise money for former Leeds Rhinos scrum-half Burrow who was diagnosed with MND 13 months ago.
Cullen - a Wigan Warriors fan - has already received bids of up to £350 for the garment and the auction will remain open until 8pm today.
Offers can be made via Cullen’s Twitter account, @rockstar_13_, using the hashtag #CullenShirt.
