Wakefield Trinity set to give ex-Toronto Wolfpack duo a debut against Wigan Warriors
Leeds-born winger Kay began his career with Trinity, had a spell at Leigh Centurions and rejoined Wakefield last month from Toronto Wolfpack.
Full-back Gigot, a former Lance Todd Trophy winner, spent most of his career with Catalans Dragons, but joined Toronto this season as a trialist before moving to Trinity in July.

Trinity’s staff and players have taken pay cuts during the coronavirus crisis, but Chester stressed Kay is being paid by Toronto until the end of this season and there was room on Wakefield’s salary cap for Gigot.
“A lot’s been said on social media and in the press with regards to bringing players in when players and staff have had cuts,” the Wakefield boss added.
“But both those guys have been brought in cost-neutral. There’s been no extra cost to the club or to the players and the staff.

Prop Yusuf Aydin, 19, will also be included in this week’s initial 21-man squad, Chester revealed. He said: ”He got an opportunity in pre-season and has been training really well.
“I like what I see with him and he is going to get some opportunities, along with people like Connor Bailey and Jack Croft as well.”
Chester said “knocks” in training have ruled forwards Matty Ashurst (hamstring) and Jordan Crowther (dead leg/hamstring) out of this weekend’s game.

“We are still missing Joe Arundel and Danny Brough, but barring those guys we are pretty much where we expected to be.”
Meanwhile, Trinity’s Coral Challenge Cup sixth round tie against Catalans, at Huddersfield’s John Smith’s Stadium on Saturday, August 22, will kick off at 5pm.
The behind closed doors tie will be broadcast on BBC 2.
