Hunslet confirm player exits: Captain and goal-kicking pivot among players leaving

Others leaving the club are Cameron Berry, Kiedan Hartley, Sion Jones, Kieron Moran, Ethan O’Hanlon, Jordan Paga, Joe Summers, Patrick Walker and Richard Wilkinson, along with physio Ellie France and strength and conditioning coach Iuean Fairclough.
Straugheir joined Hunslet four years ago and scored 21 tries in 65 appearances, but suffered a season-ending broken arm in July.

“I didn’t really know what to expect when I came here, but I quickly found it’s a real family club, and I wish everyone here all the best.”
Former Dewsbury Rams and Sheffield Eagles half-back Walker came out of retirement to join Hunslet in June.
Kilshaw said: “As always at this time of year we say goodbye to some players who are going on to pastures new and others who are finishing playing for good.

Confirmed signings so far include Nathan Newbound, Jordan Bull and Tyler Walton from Midlands Hurricanes and Cornwall’s former Hunslet hooker Nathan Conroy.
