KEY BATTLE
Ethan Ampadu v Patrick Bamford
With John Egan suspended following a much-debated red card in the Blades' 1-0 defeat by Aston Villa, it may well fall to 20-year-old Chelsea loanee Ethan Ampadu to come in and battle Leeds' lone striker Patrick Bamford. The forward has started the season well, scoring against Liverpool and against Fulham, who struggled to cope with him. He showed pace to set up Helder Costa's goal and won a first half penalty. Leeds' attack would present a big challenge for Ampadu's full Premier League debut.
SHEFFIELD UNITED KEY MAN
Sander Berge

Hide AdThe midfielder has a quality above and beyond Sheffield United's other midfield options. He glides with the ball, he's strong, difficult to dispossess and passes it well. Kalvin Phillips and Mateusz Klich will need to be at his heels constantly to stop him from making the Blades tick.
GRAHAM SMYTH'S VERDICT
Sheffield United have a unique style that teams in the Premier League struggled to get to grips with last season. For Leeds, it's nothing they haven't seen before but that doesn't mean they'll find it any easier to play against the Blades. Even with 10 men against Villa Chris Wilder's men were dangerous on the break. It should be another exciting game but Leeds will need to tighten up defensively to take three points and it'll be fascinating to see Bielsa's team selection, given the possibility of a back three. A tight win by a single goal is my prediction.
