Nineteen-year-old Borussia Dortmund striker Haaland is one of the hottest properties in Europe with Premier League big guns from Liverpool to Manchester United being linked with a swoop for his services.
Yet Fjortoft, who is Haaland's mentor, says the 'United' the teenage striker talks about is Leeds for whom his dad Alf-Inge spent three years with between July 1997 and June 2000.

Hide AdErling was born in Leeds in 2000 but then grew up in Norway as his family moved back there following his dad's retirement from the game in 2003.
"He would be a good fit for any club and for Liverpool he is good – when he speaks about United, he speaks about Leeds United," former Norway international Fjortoft told the Blood Red Podcast.
"I think he'll end up in England at some stage, but he is 19 and we should make space to have five games without scoring.
"We should just wait and see how he is doing – he is at the right place now.'"
