Beckford went on to score 31 goals in all competitions throughout the 2009-10 campaign in total, which would be his last of four years at Elland Road.
He earned cult status in West Yorkshire for scoring a winning goal at Old Trafford in the January before bagging the goal which secured promotion back to the Championship.
Beckford's strike against Bristol Rovers saw Leeds secure a 2-1 win at Elland Road and ended three years of hurt in League One.
He went on to join Everton on a free transfer with his time with the Whites coming to a close.
