Klich bagged his third start of the Euros and played 73 minutes but saw his side exit the competition as a Robert Lewandowski brace proved in vain in a 3-2 defeat.
Poland had to beat the Swedes in Saint Petersburg to qualify for the last 16 but Paulo Sousa's side fell behind in just the second minute to an Emil Forsberg strike.

Hide AdLewandowski then squandered a golden opportunity to equalise when heading against the crossbar when presented with an open goal from a few yards out after his initial header also rattled the frame of the goal.
Forsberg doubled Sweden's advantage one minute before the hour but Lewandowski pulled a goal back just two minutes later with a sublime effort from the edge of the box that flew into the top right corner.
Lewandowski then tucked home a second goal from close range in the 84th minute to set up a frantic finale but Sweden bagged a late winner through Viktor Claesson in the 94th minute to ensure they won the group.
Klich was taken off for Kacper Kozlowski with 17 minutes left having also started Poland's other two group stages games in which he was also substituted in the second half.

Hide AdKlich becomes the third Whites player to see their nation knocked out of the Euros group stages after Gjanni Alioski with North Macedonia and Liam Cooper with Scotland.
But Whites centre back Diego Llorente is through to the last 16 with Spain who qualified from Group E as runners-up after hammering Slovakia 5-0 in their final game.
Llorente was an unused substitute in Spain's first two games but the defender was not named on the bench against Slovakia.
