England captain Harry Kane has paid tribute to Whites midfielder Kalvin Phillips as Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate prepares to cut his 33-man long list for the Euros to a final 26-man squad.
Phillips is the sole Whites player included in the 33 and Southgate has to submit his final squad by 11pm tonight.
The England boss is holding a press conference at 6pm, by which time he is expected to have named his squad.
