Ben White eyes 'one last push' to take Leeds United to the Premier League

Leeds are finally poised to return to action with today's lunch-time kick-off in South Wales after 15-weeks without a game in the country's fight against COVID-19.
United approached the opening weekend back sat top of the table and one point ahead of West Brom and holding a seven-point cushion in the division's automatic promotion spots back to third placed Fulham.

“It’s going to be tough, but I think all of the work we’ve put in over the season is going to build us to do well,” said White.
“We all believe and we know what we can do as we’ve shown this season, which is why we’re at the top of the league now.
“We need to tick off each game as it comes and get three points in every game.

Sizing up the threats offered by Cardiff, White reasoned: “I don’t think Cardiff will have changed too much from what they normally do.
“Obviously they have a big team and they’re going to use that to their advantage, but we’ve done all that we can to get the result.
“This is the last bit and the last push, we’ve given everything to get into the position we are and we don’t want to let it go now.”
