Leeds United v Bristol City: Forshaw relishing televised clash with Robins
Last weekend’s 2-1 defeat at Sheffield United has left the Whites eight points off the top six and United will now welcome the team occupying the final play-off place to their own back yard on Sunday afternoon.
The televised fixture against the Robins presents an obvious opportunity for United to make big inroads on a direct promotion rival but Forshaw says the Whites would be targeting a much-needed three points this weekend whoever they were playing.

“We will be working hard this week and we are looking forward to it.”
Forshaw has settled quickly into United’s side following his January switch from Middlesbrough, and Sunday’s fixture will be the midfielder’s second Whites outing at Elland Road. Forshaw beamed: “The fans are unbelievable.
“Obviously it’s a massive club and the support is second to none.
“You see them singing, non-stop cheering for the lads, and it spurs us on, definitely.”
