Leeds United goalkeeper Jamal Blackman stretchered off during under-23s clash
The Chelsea loanee thrust himself down low in the 84th minute to collect a loose ball inside the box and collided with City forward Beryly Lubala.
Blackman, who joined on a season-long loan from Chelsea, was left down on the ground screaming in agony following the challenge.

Hide AdThe goalkeeper appeared to have an aircast fitted to his right leg before being lifted onto a stretcher and carted off the field of play for further assessment.
Blackman had earlier given away a penalty for City's opener in the 3-0 defeat for Carlos Corberan's men.
With growing pressure on Marcelo Bielsa's number one Bailey Peacock-Farrell following a number of errors in the United goal this season there had been growing calls for Blackman to start in his place next time out.
United take on Bristol City next Saturday in the Championship following the international break.
Leeds are yet to issue and update over the extent of the injury.
