Thousands of bees caused road closure in Wakefield
Thousands of bees caused a buzz when police were forced to temporarily close a city centre road.
A hive was found on a bollard on the junction of Northgate and Rishworth Street.
Officers closed Northgate for around 15 minutes while a bee keeper removed the swarm of bees.
The incident happened on Saturday evening.
