The population of Leeds has increased by over 3% since 2013, according to the latest figures from the Office of National Statistics (ONS). But some Leeds wards have seen the population decline over the last five years of available data, with more people moving out than moving in. These are the 10 Leeds areas where the population decreased from 2013 to 2018:
