Mike, who owns a car hire company and collects famous cars from films, will take the Ecto-1 to a socially-distant Halloween event for Pudsey residents.
He will then drive the model around Leeds and its surrounding villages, playing music to put a smile on people's faces.
The dad-of-two, 42, said: "Everyone is so miserable and getting down, I thought I would put lights on the car and play music, telling kids to look out for the car.
