Rebecca Stubbs, 25, was expecting a signed delivery shortly before 2pm on Tuesday (December 3).
However, as she was at work at the time, Rebecca - a marketing officer - believed the delivery would not be able to be processed.

Astonishingly, Rebecca was further disheartened after returning to the communal area of her flat - where the parcel was supposed to have been delivered - to find no sign of the package.
Rebecca said: Basically I think what Hermes delivery drivers are doing is forging the signature of the recipient so they can bypass the system and leave it there when no-one is in.
"My parcel was coming as a signed for parcel and yesterday at 1pm when I was at work I got an email saying it had been delivered and signed for by Rebecca Stubbs (with a forged 'Stubbs' signature.

Rebecca has tried to contact Hermes on multiple platforms.
However, she said because the signature had 'been received', they were unable to do resolve the claim.
She now wants to warn other online shoppers.
In a statement, Hermes said: "We successfully deliver 390 million parcels each year but occasionally things do go wrong and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
"In the meantime we would ask Ms Stubbs to contact the retailer she made the purchase from and discuss her options, in line with industry practice."
