Luxury lifestyle of Leeds cocaine chief
Cyril Hooton lavished more than £100,000 on cars, holidays, clothes and jewellery from the illegal businessbased across south Leeds.
Hooton – jailed for ten years – was sentenced alongside seven of his henchmen after they were convicted of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.

Hide AdThe gang received sentences totalling 41 years when they appeared before Leeds Crown Court.
During an undercover operation, armed officers discovered a £100,000 block of cocaine inside a safe at a house in Beeston. In a separate raid, £80,000 in cash was found on the living room floor of a property in Belle Isle.
Two members of the gang were also arrested in a pub as they exchanged £10,000 worth of cocaine.
