Robyn Howarth posted these shocking images taken at Ramshead woods today on social media.
She described the woods as "a mess" - with the piles containing glass, used nappies and toys.
Robyn believes the litter needed "professional attention".
She said: "Been for a walk in Ramshead woods today.
"It's such a mess.
"A huge pile of glass, used nappies, toys and bed bases.

"It's just awful.
"I guess the sad thing is as soon as it's cleared more will replace it."
Residents called on councillor David Jenkins to step in.
He replied quickly on social media and said: "This will take a collective effort and I will get the Localities Team to assess options.
"It is down to the inconsiderate people who cause the problem though."
Other residents were left dismayed by the images.
