Comedy duo heading to city for half term fun and laughter
Cirque du Hilarious, starring Clive Webb and Danny Adams, will take to the stage at City Varieties Music Hall on Tuesday, which is Valentine’s Day, as part of the 2017 UK tour ‘Comedy Explosion’.
For the past 11 years, Clive and Danny have returned to Newcastle Theatre Royal for pantomime where locals have taken the duo to their hearts and treat them like local celebrities.

“We’ve had a few weeks rehearsing since we finished pantomime in January and I’m just raring to go - bring on the mayhem.”
The show is billed as “circus slapstick comedy magic.”
For the last 10 years Clive and Danny have also appeared at all three Butlins holiday camps throughout the season.
They have been described as “superstars of slapstick” due to their knock about, physical comedy and huge slosh and water routines.
