'˜Bottomless brunch' trend hit Leeds as top restaurant offers new deal
So don’t say we didn’t warn you, as now two other eateries are adding the idea to their menus.
Bottomless brunch is usually a daytime offer available at the weekend, giving diners the chance to sip endless amounts of prosecco during their meal.

Now one of the city’s top restaurants is joining the line-up.
Shears Yard is offering endless prosecco, draught beer and hand-pulled ales with any dish from their new brunch menu for £25.
The menu will include smoked salmon on toasted brioche, wild mushroom and kale fricassee with fried duck egg and rib eye steak.

Executive chef and co-founder Jamie Clinton said: “Brunch is one of the most loved meals of the week, so we wanted to give diners something to really look forward to with exciting dishes using interesting and unusual flavours.
“Our aim was to develop a menu that people wouldn’t typically enjoy at home or at other restaurants in the city, but still offers incredible value for money’.
The bottomless brunch deal will be available from 11am until 3pm every Saturday, starting from April 2.
