1. Chevin Forest Park

2. Kilburn Forest
One of the longest forest walks in Yorkshire at 10.6 miles long, this circular route starts in the village of Kilburn and meanders through the countryside past Byland Abbey, Abbey Bank and Cockerdale, providing spectacular views along the way, including of the famous White Horse on the side of a hill. 3. Trans Pennine Trail

4. Aysgarth Falls

6. Grassington and Ghaistrill’s Strid
A circular route from Grassington along the Dales Way will take walkers on a seven mile long scenic walk, which passess through limestone pavements, Grass Wood nature Reserve, down to the River Wharfe and is followed back via Ghaistrill’s Strid. Photo: Shutterstock
