The Botanist Trinity Leeds announces new menu to celebrate return of indoor drinking and dining
The Build Your Own Botanist Board menu lets customers choose anything and everything they fancy to create a meal on a board that suits their mood that day.
Customers of the popular Boar street restaurant and bar can choose four different items from the new 'four section' of the menu to build the food board.

The famous hanging kebabs, pies and burgers will still remain on The Botanist's menu in addition to the new boards.
Guy Greaves, designer of the concept and senior chef said: “I know the dilemma that many customers face when wanting to order multiple items.
"I hope this gives people the chance to order many old favourites and discover new items with our Botanist twists.”

flavour pairings.
"One drink I can share is our Wild Peach and Yuzu Cosmo inspired by the Japanese Botanicals found in Roku. Designed to be the perfect Summer sipper."
Menu additions include chorizo scotch egg with saffron aioli and crispy panko pork belly with celeriac for meat eaters, and Padron peppers or heritage tomato salad with plant-based feta and mint for vegans.
Guests are urged to book their spots, although The Botanist is still accommodating walk-ins on a first come, first served basis every day.
