Affordable street food classics include the creamy Massaman Curry and fiery Pad Ga Prao, with vegetarian or vegan options available.
Zaap Thai and Sukhothai are both part of Sukho Restaurant Group and its founder Ban Kaewkraikhot said the re-brand will be more fitting for Headingley's current dining market.
She said: “Over the last 13 years since we launched Sukhothai Headingley, we have seen our industry evolve in a rapid way.

"We are really thankful to our loyal customers at Sukhothai Headingley, some of whom have been regular diners over the past 13 years, and we hope to see them embrace the new, casual and fun dining experience that is Zaap.”
