1. Franglais, The Calls
This restaurant was the talk of Leeds after winning the prestigious Oliver Award in 1990. It was run by Paula Horncastle and Pascal Gary.
2. The Little Dragon, Crossgates
Did you enjoy a meal at this Chinese restaurant on Authorpe Road? Pictured in April 1993.
3. Hansa's, North Street
Established in the mid-1980s by Hansa Dabhi, serving Gujarati vegetarian food, this restaurant was already a firm favourite for mnay by the 1990s. Pictured in December 1990.
4. La Comida Trattoria Pizzeria, Mill Hill
Just a short walk from Leeds City Station and City Square this restaurant quickly established itself as one of the city centre's top eating out spots. Pictured in November 1992.
