Leeds St Patrick's Day Parade cancelled over coronavirus fears

The event's organisers have made the decision to cancel both Sunday's parade and the event on Millennium Square.
A spokesperson for Leeds Council said: "Due to ongoing concerns regarding the coronavirus, a decision has been taken by the organisers of the Leeds St Patrick’s Day Parade to cancel this year’s event in the city on Sunday

It comes as the total number of coronavirus cases in Yorkshire has risen to 30, with seven confirmed cases in Leeds.
