A new mural has been unveiled in Leeds to celebrate the results of a survey stating the city has the most ambitious young people in the country.
In a poll commissioned by video game developer Plaion, 2000 people aged between 18 and 30 were quizzed about their career goals and achievements so far.

To celebrate Leeds bagging top spot, Plaion commissioned street artist Captain Kris to design a mural, drawing inspiration from their latest game Saints Row.
The mural is situated on Sackville Street (in between Meanwood and Little London) and will be in place for a month.
Simon Turner, UK marketing director for Plaion, said: “The research was inspired by the themes of the game where you and your three friends take on lawless factions in a fight for power and embark on a journey to make your own way in the world as your own boss.

Plaion’s survey also revealed that 61% of young people have a ‘side hustle’ to supplement their income, and those struggling to start their own business attribute it to high costs (26%) and the economic climate (23%).
The survey found the top 10 most ambitious cities for under 30s were:
Leeds Bristol Edinburgh Leicester Oxford Brighton Chelmsford Newcastle Manchester York
