Leeds Vegan Winter Market selling festive treats and gifts gets approval to open at Kirkgate Market
and live on Freeview channel 276
The annual Leeds Vegan Winter Market will take place indoors at Kirkgate Market on Sunday December 13.
It has been given the green light as national lockdown measures are lifted in Leeds, as markets are permitted to open under Tier 3 restrictions.

Hide AdMore than 60 stalls will trade at the market selling vegan clothing and plastic-free gifts, such as handmade soy candles in artisan tins from Harper’s Bizarre.
There will be free food samples, vegan Christmas cakes, mince pies, chocolate and hot takeaway food on offer.
Food stalls include There's No Catch selling 'Vfish' and chips and vegan hotdogs from Vdogs, as well as Greek Vegan Deli, Home Kitchen and Michael's Caribbean.
There will also be talks promoting veganism and live cookery demonstrations, which are included with tickets.

Hide AdThe Leeds Vegan Winter Market is hosted by Vegan Events UK, which was founded in 2017 to promote veganism and raise money for animal welfare charity Miracle’s Mission.
The event will run from 10.30am to 4.30pm and tickets start at £5 for adults, while entry is free for under 16s.
